I’ve got some tasty keto meal prepping for only $3.20 per meal that is low carb and huge on flavor. This low carb keto recipe is like a full meal stuffed inside a juicy bell pepper. If you are trying to meal prep on a budget, you gotta try this thrifty keto recipe for meal prep. I’ve got quit a few keto meal prepping on a budget recipes now, but this one is the easiest keto recipe I have made yet. Just stuff the peppers, and watch some shows while they bake away. The net carb count is about as low car as you can get, and you can easily pair it with a side salad for a complete meal. Macros for every ¼ cup of tomato puree eaten with the peppers:
18 calories

Less than 1 gram of fat
1.1 grams of fiber
0.93 grams of protein

  2. I guess instead of FlavCity you should now be called KetoCity. I liked when you switched it up or just did 'healthy meal prep.' I thought the Atkins diet died out in the early 2000s. Guess not.

  5. Bobby’s recipes have been awesome and helped me lose a large amount of weight. I wish we would get off of the Keto for one week. I understand it is a popular fad diet now but go back to an array of different diet styles.
