This was such a fun and relaxed family Sunday vlog! I hope you enjoy seeing the meals we make on a Sunday and how we make quick cheap and easy vegetarian family meals work for the whole family.

Zucchini oats: Recipe in Nourished in 30 (my recipe book – linked below)

Poached eggs + avocado

Gluten free bread loaf (Recipe in my kids recipe book – COMING SOON!)

Pesto Chicken Pasta (plus meal prep for tradies):

Quick, cheap and easy vegetarian curry (ingredients listed below – if you’d like a full recipe let me know 🙂 ).
Pumpkin
Cauliflower
Red Capsicum
Coconut milk
Canned tomatoes
Canned lentils (rinsed and drained)
Tamari
Pure maple syrup
Turmeric
Garlic
Ginger
Cumin seeds
Vegetable stock (paste/powder concentrate)
Cook for 30 minutes in Thermomix or pot on stove and serve with brown rice.

  1. Oh what a great view of the coast you got from the lookout point! 🙂 I'm glad you managed to find a book as well, I couldn't think of any to recommend to you! My current one is the 'unmumsy mum' which is more funny than inspiring, ha! A gift from a friend, she nailed my tastes perfectly! Yey for massages and child free shopping too – almost feels like a holiday doesn't it?!
