  1. Congrats on going vegan 😀 I'm looking forward to seeing more of your videos! You should also watch documentaries like Earthlings and Cowspiracy for more reasons to stay vegan after your year is up 😉

  2. Tips: Cut out oil and processed sugar (sucrose, maple syrup, honey, high fructose corn syrup), and cut way down on salt. Also make sure you are not sensitive to gluten and soy. If you are cut that out. You will lose a lot of weight in the first 6 months. Be ready for that. Try to eat as much raw fruits and vegetables as possible. Stay carb up! Make sure the majority of your calories comes from CARBS! at least 80% and the remaining 20 should be split between protein and fats. Good fats are nuts, seeds, avocado, olives, hemp, ect. Bad fats are oils. Eating a fruit is good. Drinking fruit juice is bad. I think that about covers the major issues. Good luck!

  7. I have been a vegetarian for about 6 years. Most vegetarians strive to be vegan… I just can't seem to give up the cheese and every once in awhile ill have clam chowder. (Maybe 1 or 2 times a month)
