THE Exercise session (7.fifty seven)
One-leg Elevated Thrusts – 8 for every leg X 4
Sumo Squats – 8 reps X five
Elevated Toes Sumo Deadlifts – 8-10 reps X five
SUPERSET Elevated Consistent Tension Sumo Squats into Pulses – 7 reps into 7 pulses
With 7 sumo squat jumps
X 4
Bulgarian Split Squat Pulse with Bounce – 8 for every leg X three
Hip Thrusts – 10 reps X three

THE BANANA MUFFIN RECIPE
Combine alongside one another:
110g Melted Coconut Oil
160g Honey
three Mashed Bananas
80g Milk
Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Teaspoon Baking Soda
50 % Teaspoon Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Salt

Fold in 220g Wholewheat Flour, 30g Oats and Handful Dark Choc Chunks (optional)

Location in Muffin Circumstances and sprinkle oats, sugar and cinnamon on prime!

Bake for thirty mins on a hundred sixty five celsius.

  1. Meggan or Peach Plan Girlies: Does the plan tell you exactly what exercises/reps to do each day? Or is it more of a choose any of these exercises each day? If that makes sense..

  2. Your skin honey it’s hormonal i had the same i had a phase close to my hair in my 20s and 10 years laters this time under my chin and jaw it is just an hormonal change it goes away after a few months…

  3. You’re so cute, the breakouts near your hairline i suggest washing your face after you workout..or shower. It’s just the sweat mixing with the oils from your hair
