One-leg Elevated Thrusts – 8 for every leg X 4
Sumo Squats – 8 reps X five
Elevated Toes Sumo Deadlifts – 8-10 reps X five
SUPERSET Elevated Consistent Tension Sumo Squats into Pulses – 7 reps into 7 pulses
With 7 sumo squat jumps
Bulgarian Split Squat Pulse with Bounce – 8 for every leg X three
Hip Thrusts – 10 reps X three
THE BANANA MUFFIN RECIPE
Combine alongside one another:
110g Melted Coconut Oil
three Mashed Bananas
Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Teaspoon Baking Soda
50 % Teaspoon Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Salt
Fold in 220g Wholewheat Flour, 30g Oats and Handful Dark Choc Chunks (optional)
Location in Muffin Circumstances and sprinkle oats, sugar and cinnamon on prime!
Bake for thirty mins on a hundred sixty five celsius.
