More healthy ORANGE Chicken:

2 Cubed Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cornstarch

Mixmixmix, marinate fifteen minutes

Blend 1 tbsp cornstarch with
1/2 cup Orange Juice

Blend until dissolved.

In a saucepan include
Drizzle of Olive Oil
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
Fry until fragrant

2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Orange Slurry

Blend and include
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar. Reduce down into a thicker sauce.
Include 1/four tsp Sesame Oil

Blend and take away from warmth.

In a big pan include oil, chicken and pan-fry 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked by. Include the sauce, toss, and provide with rice or wished-for sides.

Hummus Crusted Chicken

2 Chicken Breasts cut into strips
Flippantly time with Kosher salt
Coat with Hummus
Then coat with Panko Bread Crumbs
Bake fifteen minutes at 375º F

Italian Chicken Packet:

1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 clove Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Blend alongside one another (covers four chicken breasts)

In a foil include a uncooked chicken breast
Season with salt
Include veggies
Coat with 1 tbsp Italian blended sauce
Warp up the foil

Bake fifteen min @ 400º F

Tandoori Chicken:

In a bowl include:

1/2 cup Basic Yogurt
1 tsp minced Ginger
1 clove minced Garlic
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garam Marsala
1/2 Lemon’s Juice
Blend it up

Season 2 Chicken Breasts (or four Thighs) with Salt. Submerge into Marinade and relaxation at minimum 1 hour to overnight.

Bake on a foil fifteen-twenty minutes at 450º F on the top rack
Provide with Rice and Raita

Poached Hainan Chicken:

In a bowl include
2 chopped Environmentally friendly Onions
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Oil
Blend it up

In a Pot include
2 about chopped eco-friendly onions
6 slices ginger
four cups Chicken Broth
Convey to a boil then include
2 Chicken Breasts, flip warmth down to lower and simmer about twenty minutes or until the chicken reaches 160º F internally. Eliminate and skim the scum from the broth.

Provide around rice, top with favourite veggies and ginger scallion dressing. Consume broth on the aspect.

  1. Hey Guys!! If your chicken breast is on the larger side, be sure to add a few more minutes to the cooking process. I did mine based on a smaller sized piece, so 15-17 min. worked for me. If it's any larger than that, I recommend going up to 20-22 minutes! Let me know how the recipes worked out for you!!! xx

  3. i made the orange chicken and it was really good i gave a plate of it to my 4 year year old niece the pickiest person ever and she ate it up, although the green beans that i made with it was not as welcomed but over all a really good and delicious recipe.

  4. Yay for more ways to cook chicken! These all look tasty and the chicken is not dry. I always seem to steer clear of chicken breast because I tend to dry them out when cooking them. I will have to try some of these when I’m off my diet.

  8. All these recipes look delicious! I never would have thought to coat chicken in hummus. I'm going to try that out this week. I also love poached chicken idea with scallion sauce. It's amazing to me once you start eating clean, how much simple flavors intensify to your tastebuds and you can really enjoy the natural tastes of the ingredients you are using.   9. I love your recipes. I'll definitely gonna try chicken tandoori & poached chicken breasts next time. Orange chicken is one of my favourite chicken dishes. Gosh they all look great!
