Today I am sharing 3 tremendous uncomplicated and healthy kid welcoming treats to generate with the total household during your Sunday meal prep!

Blueberry Vanilla Crispy Treats
4 cups puffed brown rice:
1/two cup sunlight butter:
1/two cup dried blueberries:
two tbsp natural virgin coconut oil:
1 tsp vanilla extract:
1/two cup brown rice syrup

Diy Mini Pizzas (tends to make 3-4 mini pizza’s)
Pizza dough:
Tomato sauce:
Refreshing newborn spinach
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped sweet bell peppers
Pepperoni slices

Pre-Bake crust @ 350F for five min.
Include toppings then bake once more for 25 min.

Optional seasonings:
Garlic powder:
Italian seasoning:

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bites
1/two cup crunchy peanut butter:
1 1/two cups gluten free oats:
1/two cup chocolate chips:
1/two tsp cinnamon:
1/3 cup maple syrup:
1 tsp vanilla extract:
two tbsp floor flaxseed
pinch of sea salt (omit if you peanut butter is salted)
