  1. I love my Vitamix! I've had it for at least 7 years and still use it almost daily–AMAZING quality product! I do wish they would have more varied smoothie recipes–I have a life threatening banana allergy and nearly every recipe seems to include this ingredient. I make green smoothies with protein powder, kale, spinach, water and ice in the summer from my farm share. Do you have a good cauliflower or white bean soup recipe that you do in the Vitamix?

  2. My husband LOVES butternut squash, carrot, & ginger soup! There's an organic pre-made brand that we buy all the time, and it's his go-to comfort soup. But your soup looks even more amazing! I think if I took your recipe here, and just added a couple roasted carrots, he would be in heaven (me too lol)!

  3. My all-time favourite food is ‘cauliflower cheese’. Or anything to do with mushrooms. I’m vegetarian and these vegan recipes are right up my alley! Hate bananas though so might try creaminess from Greek yoghurt instead. Oh, no Vitamix. Oops! Never mind. Where there’s a will…..!

  5. It´s so great that they´re having healthy plant based foods! I work in retail, and the amount of sugary foods like chocolate, crisps, chicken nuggets, chips, mcdonalds, etc, that I see people buy for their kids just makes me annoyed. I would hate to feed my kids those things on a daily basis. The best way for kids to thrive is to have fruit and veggies! 🙂
