  4. Hey Dr Berg ! Ramadan is coming , Its a month of fasting for Muslims , we eat in the morning usually at ~3 AM and then fast for hours and eat at ~7 PM.We don't drink or eat anything during the fast.
    What are your tips and advices for best fasting to lose fat and combat any infections during this month.There is approx. 17 hours or longer of fasting in a day.Most muslims are trying to lose fat during this month.We usually break our fast with a date but we can also break our fast with water.
    After breaking our fast we can eat at night.But can't eat during the day.I will be very thankful to you if you could make a video on this subject.

  6. I do not understand. Fruits are the most natural source of food for humans. I think vegetables are coming second. I mean fruits are more tasty , and I can imagine our primitive ancestors of 500000 years ago to just cover with fruits their majority of calories, and supplement with some leaves (wild spinach, wild rukola /rocket , wild broccoli etc ) . Even today there are persons who promote frutarianism and they have good health (they also eat some salads , but the main food is fruits, e.g they eat 10 apples and 10 pears per day , or 10 bananas and 10 oranges or similar amounts). Why does the man in the video suggest to lower carbohydrates? I understand if he would say "avoid all processed foods and sugar" , but this general "minimize carbs" ? I usually eat an amount of fruits equivalent to 5 apples per day.

DrBergs wife's behaviour is normal (somebody commented negatively her before) for person who does not want to be in the kitchen or at home anymore and she would want to be doctor who tells sick people what they should do to use medicines or vaccines and other health technology for health, travel a bit more in the changing world. BUT situation is against/upsidedown and that's the result. Yes it is good to offer something for husband but there is limit for her as anybody in "wrong job" and the limit is as wrote in the first sentence. And I understand her she loves to eat bread instead of low carb because it gives her "high" to feel better but she is smarter than…

Hello doctor Berg, I have a question, I hope you can help me. recently I got my DNA results back and it appears that I am bad processing all kind of fats, being the worst ones poly and mono unsaurated, being the saturated ones less bad for me but not optimal. I always struggled to stay in ketosis and lose fat after 2 months, also I started to feel in a really bad mood, do you think that a high fat diet is for people like me? Or maybe its not for everybody at the end? Thanks for your help. (not optimal in carbs either…) 🙁
