  1. Not really. These tests/exercises focus way too much on flexibility, which is only one component of relative youthfulness. Balance, strength, agility, and endurance are equally important. People are born with a range of flexibility, and no exercises are going to move us out of that range (without causing serious damage). There are plenty of people who can put their legs behind their heads who are in poor overall health. Conversely, many healthy people, including healthy seniors, cannot touch their toes or sit comfortably cross-legged on the ground.

  2. This is a test of hamstring and lumbar spine flexibility. While I agree flexibility is important for your musculoskeletal health, to propose that this test alone reflects your age is pure stupidity.

  3. I heard this strach called V8 streach, u sit down and make sure ur feets are 12 inches appart, then make sure ur ur legs don't bend only straight. Finally reach all the way to the ground. Measure how far your hands go. If it gose all the way 1 feet, then ur so flexable
