Hi cook the Pork Chops like you have them in the video then in a skillet I add 1 tablespoon of olive oil add sliced thinly onions bell pepper and let them grill add seasoning of your choice then I slice pork chops thinly add them to the onion and bell pepper let the flavors marry then just plate them serve with pico de gallo this is a Mexican relish type it's onions cilantro tomatoes jalapeños lime and lime juice and add garlic powder salt pepper and very little water just to blend flavors heat some corn tortilla and let's get the party started
