  6. priyank in ur don't list 1st was sugar I eat lots of sweets so I don't buy it in home. n pastries I can control my tongue for oily foods but difficult for sweets n pastries. now controlled .

Do 's and don't s in weight loss process is super yes we should avoid junk n fast foods .fruits should be snacks .I m also on the weight loss process I was 70 kgs after my second post delivery now with I m 56 kg my target according to my height I must 50 to 54 kgs my both the brothers are in fitness field so I got some exercises for mummy tummy.
