  1. i have a question though, how do you keep your soap bar safe? mine always melts because i don't know where to put it ūüôĀ i was wondering if i could use a wooden piece or something…

  2. Thanks for sharing luv. My routine is very simple too. For my face and body I use the Allaffia black soap, and then I moisturize with a shea butter mix I made with rosehip and seabuckthorn oil.

  3. I use Shea Moisture's Peace Rose.  I love it.  I use it for my body and my face.  I do want to try the lotion you use because I love frankincense and myrrh!  You are simply lovely, BTW.

  4. another face mask recommendation would be to go to Lush. they will male the product for you in their store…completely natural and they will help you pick a mask that works with your skin.

  5. Love your channel! I use Korean based products just because I had darn near perfect skin and ADULT ACNE HUNNY! So all things gentle and Korean…Laniege to Sulwhasoo. I am starting to use Shea Moisture for my hair though. I wasn't liking the price of Shea Moisture and Carol's Daughter. I thought it was a trend but the ingredients are: NOURISHING. PS: Go Falcons…We READY!

  6. Beautiful. Little sister in my head. I can totally relate to the tough decision you made to pursue you tube full time as a professional/lawyer. I am a medical doctor who recently gave up full time private practice after 10years and currently working on building a blog & you tube. It is crazy scary and clearly not the traditional route you would expect. Anyway I hope you reach out soon . God bless & good luck with your continued success. -Habiba

  7. Thank you for the video. I never thought of trying soaps from Whole Foods and possibly farmer markets. I'm going to try it. I have breakouts all on my chin. Thanks enjoyed the video.

  8. Wow, I'd never heard of that condition before, sorry you had to go through that. Like we don't have enough to deal with in pregnancy! That's a very cool regime, and mine is similar. I make my own Organic soaps and body products, so while in the shower I wash my face after showing my body, as the whole time I'm in the shower my face is getting a nice steam treatment. Then I use one of my Organic & Natural soaps. I either use one of my Melt & Pour soap based soaps, or one of my Cold Process soaps that I've made from scratch. If I need to shave, I use my handcrafted shaving soaps and use that the end also. Once a month I use my Dead Sea Mineral Mud Soap, to detox my pores. And once a month I use my homemade face wash, but I always use one of my homemade face/Body creams to finish, the base for those are Unrefined Shea Butter, Unrefined Cocoa Butter and Coconut Oil; along with whatever oils and Essential Oils or fragrance oils to complete the cream. I'm glad you got your skin back to what it was before. I can't imagine the discomfort, but keep on with Organic products, it's the best thing for your skin and your organs. It's like I say to my customers, look after your body Inside and Out, because your skin is just like a big sponge, it soaks up all the chemicals and toxins it comes in contact with; and that will soak into your bloodstream and organs. 9. I've finally at 37 found what works for my sensitive skin! I use Shea Moisture's African Black Soap at night (I also use the Superfruit Complex bar as well occasionally, it smells delicious!). I moisturize with Hollywood Beauty's Organic Argan Oil and I put Jamaican Black Castor oil on my eyebrows and around my eyes. In the morning I just use water and moisturize with Loreal's Age Perfect Hydra-Nutrition Facial Oil with SPF 30 under my makeup. I have combination skin but this regimen with the oils incorporated has been working well for me for over a year now! I also take one Zinc pill one day per week to help with breakouts.

  10. I have a simple, inexpensive routine too and it's been working great for me! I cleanse with shea moisture African black soap on my face, tone with a botanics brightening toner, and moisturize with SM coconut and hibiscus or raw shea butter anti aging moisturizer. I just pick up whichever jar I feel like using when I open my drawer lol. I also use the body shop vitamin E eye cream and loveeeee Mario bedescu rose water for extra moisture or just a refreshing mist after the shower, before bed, or after using a Simple facial wipe

  11. I keep it simple too. I wash my face at night with liquid black soap from Naturellyfe and moisturize with Jojoba oil, rinse and lightly moisturize again in the morning. Every other night I use a face brush with my liquid black soap and I have a hoard of face masks I bought in Korea that I use infrequently. Simple works!

  12. I'm glad you made this video bc the Dove soap and Shea Moisture lotion that you was using in that video years ago is still working great for my skin and it's all I use bc less is more! Now I need to try these soaps! You and your skin is beeutifull! xoxo

  13. you have gorgeous skin, Tia. I'm still on my journey to find a good but natural skin care regimen that will calm my skin and keep it moisturized. it's so dry, which was never an issue until recently. I've tried the Shea moisture peace rose products and also another natural skin care line, andalou. Both are for sensitive skin and are very rose forward, smelled lovely, but caused me such irritation. I hope you don't experience that. I do love the Frankincense and myrrh lotion though.

  14. wow, I have never seen, or heard of that happening to anyone while being pregnant. Usually you hear women getting spider veins such as myself which I had with my son. Gladly you was able to ease the pain, itching also of it spreading.

  15. I love this! You have beautiful skin! I have to try out those soaps. My routine is pretty simple too, I cleanse my face with SheaMoisture's African Black Soap bar and then I moisturize with jojoba oil and that's it. How long do those bars last you? I don't think the price is that bad if you compare it to regular face wash you buy in the store. The SheaMoisture bar lasts me at least 6 months so I definitely don't feel bad paying $5 for it.
