  1. Would u say this meal plan is geared more toward men– I am 5'3" and 203 – trying to get back down to 145 from before I had babies! But more importantly just trying to get fit–I am on a ketogenic plan which all of this fits into but it seems like a ton of food…

  5. You do know, most nutrition labels are for raw food, right? 4 oz of raw chicken makes about 3.2 oz cooked. The 4 oz serving size is based on it's raw weight tho. Any take on this?
