  7. I did overcame my processed sugar addiction and haven't eaten any sweets since months (before I ate like a whole chocolate bar, a whole package of cookies,etc… nearly everyday). My struggle now is: I'd like to eat some sweets sometimes but I know that once I start I have to eat the whole package and can't stop myself 🙁 That's why I restrict myself so much and it's nearly like an eating disorder..

  8. I've gone without any sugar for about 2 weeks now and I've found it really easy. I don't know why every one is finding it so hard but I guess it's different for everyone. I only eat natural sugars (fruit, dates, etc), eat 1500 calories or less and walk 2 hours a day. Of course some aspects are hard like everyone eating sugary things around you while you're eating an apple but after you start I've found it so easy to ditch all the unhealthy things and eat healthy. I wish every luck for starting to eat healthy! :))

  11. If I may – I have found that a DELICIOUS salad dressing recipe is: 1tsp mustard, 1tsp olive oil, 1 tsp red wine vinegar, 0.5 tsp maple syrup, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, pepper and Italian herb mix. It's diviiiine 🙂 Mustard in dressing is SO good!

  12. for everybody in the comments going insane and writing paragraphs about how its unhealthy to cut out sugar. Did y'all even listen to her? SHE DIDNT CUT OUT ALL SUGAR JUST PROCESSED SUGAR! she still is eating dates, nut butters and fruit which all contain natural sugars so chill out.
