  1. All of our bodies don't work the same. Personally, I'd have to eat moderately clean and lower my carbs to see a lot of results. I don't take heavily processed / high sugar foods well. Too each their own I guess. I prefer a paleo based diet.

  2. Would it be a bad idea to change my IF windows daily? Like yesterday I ate from 12-8 yesterday but today I won't eat till 3. I wouldn't think its a bad thing but as long as I'm still fasting I'm assuming it won't hurt my progress?
