In today’s video we are heading to be earning some healthier vegetarian supper recipes. We will be earning some kale salad, vegetarian burgers, and some vegetarian pasta. Enable me know if you want me to make some a lot more cooking video clips!

Bean Burgers with Avocado Basil Cream:

Uncomplicated Double Bean Burgers

will make 6 burgers

1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 massive egg + 1 massive egg white, lightly overwhelmed
1/two cup panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh new cilantro, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1/two teaspoon smoked paprika
1/two teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 complete grain buns, toasted if ideal

Avocado Basil Cream

two/3 cup bitter cream
1 avocado, chopped
ten medium basil leaves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper

Kale Walnut Pesto and Blistered Tomato Pasta:

Kale Walnut Pesto
6-eight kale leaves, stems removed
ten basil leaves
¼ cup uncooked walnuts
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup olive oil

1 pint grape tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 pound pasta
parmesan for garnish

Kale Salad with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette:

4 cups chopped kale
1 avocado, diced
1/two cup cooked quinoa
1/two cup pomegranate arils
1/two cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

For the Meyer lemon vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice
Zest of 1 Meyer lemon
1 tablespoon sugar
