  13. I lost 30 lbs by eating smaller meals. my main key to losing weight was eating only when I was hungry. I used to eat when family was eating or when I was emotional like salty or sweet. Now I just eat only when my my body tells me I'm hungry. I don't eat breakfast because I'm simply not hungry in the morning.   14. this is the epitome of a diet cookie cutter, but she is very pretty and it works for her obviously! everytime i start eating 6 freakin meals a day (small ones) i end up as big as a house, i eat 2 moderate meals a day and weight been coming off. but thats just me, eating many small meals a day might work for a lot of people.

  15. So many meals are not efficient to weight loss. The body can only burn fat when you dont have any insulin, the fat storage hormone, in your blood. And the hormone that responsible for fat loss is sensitive to insulin. So you cant burn any of your body fat when there is insulin. Insulin is triggered basically everytime you eat and it will go very high when you eat starchy carbs, like rice or bread, or sugar. So when you are eating 6 meals a day there constantly will be insulin in your blood and you wont be able to burn fat. A ketogenic diet and fasting are much more efficient for weight loss than six small meals. You might lose weight but it for sure wont be fat.
