  1. WOW ! what a creative n healthy ideas ! Ur last one is my fav which I definitely would try for my family's b'fast menu. Since, bell peppers are quite expensive in Indonesia I:d use baby or sweet corns instead. Thanks so much for ur inspiring video n love to see more on other "healthy" n unique menu ideas for afteroon snacks, please.

  3. I love these videos. It's all about eating wholesome, healthy foods, without buying into the fads of today like "low carbs" "low sodium" and so on, so forth. It's real, it's simple, it's not overthinking it. I think that's a lot of "healthy eating today": people overthinking it.

  4. I do something similar. But I mash avocado with red onion, jalapeño, garlic and lemon (guacamole), spread it on toast and cover that with sliced tomato and a little black pepper. Best breakfast around
