  1. I have sleeping problem and i cant sleep and the time iam using in doing creative things.
    I believe if your mind says dont sleep you should listen and feed it by what it wants.
    Forcing it to sleep or eat when not hungry is forcing it to change according to world which we think is right but reality is World will not die when you die.

  2. Basically what he's telling all of you is; it's quality not quantity. It's the quality of your life that matters and everything will become at-ease, the quantity of sleep and food intake isn't. What does matter is the quality of your mind and body that maintains it.

  3. But sleep is definitely a necessity cuz if u didn't sleep for 11 days continuously u will die. So getting enough sleep is necessary otherwise you'll start hallucinating. Scientifically proven!

  4. For me, there are two takeaways from this video:
    1. This idea, that you can live your life with ease to maximise your rate of efficiency, is a slap in the face of the distressed life we’re so used to. Being in control starts with being at ease. It can mean that we don’t freak out as often as we do in our daily life.
    Another way to look at it is that of balance. We can’t just be working getting worked up all the time, we need to be in a state of calm too. Getting all feverish on the daily tasks only leads to exhaustion, ailments and anxiety.
    2. Our body needs rest, sleep is simply one form of rest. Even stopping to focus on your breathing for 5 minutes of every hour is a great way to relax. The more we rest, the less sleep will be required. Powerful thought! Especially for people who want to reduce sleep time without compromising on quality.
