  1. Self-care is super important! This year I’m really focusing on taking more breaks more often during the day and doing things that clear my mind such as 5 min yoga or reading a few pages from a book. So just more things that reset my mind in the midst of the the chaos throughout the day. I love your vlogs and would love to see more self-care vids as well as exercise vlogs.

  2. I'm trying to eat a vegetable at every meal, this morning I added mushrooms, green onion and spinach to my scrambled eggs, at lunch I had red and orange pepper strips and some cucumber, I haven't had dinner yet, but it will have salsa (that's a veg, right?) and green olives 🙂
