Christian I have a question, I'll be 18 in a couple of months and I've been hitting the gym for about a year but now I want to be a bit more serious about it, my question is, what do you think about amino fuel? some people say it will stunt your growth, but I've taked it before and I'm still growing, also, what supplements do you recommend?

  2. I never said I know everything and I never will. I am trying to apply everything from books and others experience slowly on my self and see what is best working on me. Once again, everyone is different. I am not only practise what I do I am getting qualified in fitness and nutrition. Long way does not scare me, I am willing to go as far as it takes. Why are you judging me? Make a statement about the facts I said 😉

  3. Simple carbs such sugar or refined starchy breads spikes your insulin levels. Because your body can not handle so much insulin it will be stored as a fat (energy storage). This is why people eat complex carbs with low GI such as brown rice for slow release. You don't have to be over 50 to become fat. Have you seen 10 years old child already obese? Guess what he is eating? Lots of sugar and fat. Peace 😉

  5. Have you heard about body types? He is I think Ectomorph because of his small waist. I am a bit of Ectomorph and Mezomorph. I am saying what because everyone reacts to food differently. Another thing everyone has a different metabolism. So some people can eat more bad foods then others. So what is wrong if I through something I learned from other for discussion?

  6. You can say whatever you want about me. I have my own opinion about myself. I don't know why people hate so much criticism. Imagine this is like a test if you can contra argue it back you really know your stuff. Another think there are different studies done with different results. For instance some people say eating every 3 hours or every 6 doesn't make change as long as you get all your macros in. I came here to discuss not to insult anyone. I respect Guzman for his hard.

  8. WHAT R U talking about, he doesn't have to worry about insulin for like another 50 years! and thats what unhealthy people do anyways. All he's looking for is protein and this whole meal probably gave him around 25-30g i'm guessing which is target area. Besides, don't consider Subway fast food – both the cheese and meat are far higher quality then you give it credit for. I wouldn't get an egg sandwhich tho – they usually leave them out unfridgerated

  9. Couple sticking points: this bread will shoot your insulin level throw the roof and the same quick drops down. I doubt quality of this turkey. Cheese while bulking? Why not to get a BigMac or any other junk? Bulking shouldn't be excuse for eating bad. I would say this was your semi cheat meal. In a end I like your videos.
