  5. Wow Thomas, this one is crazy! I have tried sone of your other sessions but none of them worked a 100% for me. Just two sessions with this one and I notice a huge difference! I wonder if I can buy this one and download it instead of listening on Youtube. Since the screen is all lit up when listening to Youtube and I listen when I sleep I would prefer that. Can one buy like Mp3's with your sessions. Itunes is not an option, it does not work on my phone for some reason.

  14. a month ago I could eat 2 dishes in the restaurant or 5 bowls of rice per meal. After listen to this video, I suddenly just can eat 1 bowl of rice per meal but still feeling enough. And when i have stopped listened for few days (because laziness), the hunger came back to me, I started to eat 3 bowls of rice 😮 So I have decided to follow this method once again. After about 3 days stick to my earphone, now I feel like 1 bowl of rice is too much for me O.O and 3 meals per day is too many, too. My stomach feel really heavy after I have eaten.
