  1. Sadly, I have never gotten used to eating vegetables (the majority of it) the way I would like to. I know they're healthy for your body and everything but I just despise the taste of it. I only eat onions, carrots, and some salad and tomatos in burgers when their flavour is not that noticeable lol I know I'm pretty bad when it comes to eating healthy, but I do eat plenty of fruits (all diferent kinds – I love them all!) and dairy, fish, nuts, non-processed food, etc. and although I don't eat vegetables I'm feeling great! Every time I get my blood tested the results are always positive and overall I'm a very healthy individual. I also workout a lot. Since I was little I was very sporty 🙂 Just thought I would share this even though it's an old video xD Please do an updated one!

  2. Thanks for some great healthy snack ideas! I'm a health coach that helps moms with young kids get their families eating healthy. I'm always looking for snack ideas to suggest. Seaweed & fruit-yogurt are great. I will have to check out the tomato juice!

  6. Just look at the ingredient list of Activia Vanilla Yogurt. There is Modified Corn Starch and Carob Bean Gum which are not healthy at all. Besides, there is plenty of sugar in it. Eating sugar for breakfast is not good for you either. It is much healthier to eat oatmeal or cottage cheese for breakfast. P.S. I was born and live in the Eastern Europe too.
