Ingredients (these component portions can totally be mixed!)
– 2 cups kale
– 1 cup crimson cabbage
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1/2 cup brussels sprouts, reduce in 50 %
– 1/2 cup carrots, roughly chopped
– 1/4 cup refreshing parsley
– 2 tbsp roasted or uncooked almonds
– 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
– 1/4 avocado
Dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp refreshing ginger
1. Chop veggies in a food processor.
2. Whisk dressing components collectively and gown the salad! Leading with nuts, seeds and avocado.
