  1. Hi. Thank you for all your videos. Trying to loose weight know, because I was ill for a long time and gained a lot of weight due the lack of movement. The more I gained the less I went outside. I eat pretty normal. Not super healthy, but not bad either. But I will change my eating routine a little. I work in the office all day which means I’m sitting all day long. How often and how long should I do the workouts? Is 30 min. per day too less?

  3. Yes, I totally agree with every single word you have said. I have been on a workout and calorie control for past six months and have lost around 28 pounds. I have 14 pounds more to lose over next 2-3 months. It's always better to go allow and steady as it stays. Do not get carried away by quick solutions as it does not work on a long run. I am so so thankful I came across your channel as I was following another well known trainer and was just finding that the further in weeks I went along with it, the more unrealistic it became. I work out with you every day and love it. I feel amazing afterwards & the best part is, i don’t almost kill myself while doing it. I genuinely enjoy your videos and the different moves, I also like how you have many different fun excercises and they’re not just the boring traditional moves eg, sqauts, tricep dips.   5. Hi Lucy, happy New Year, I love your YouTube videos. I have a stone to lose. I’ve lost 5lbs so far through change of diet, I haven’t been to the gym since last October. I’m a working mum and my husband travels for work abroad during the week and between my kids activities also sometimes I found it hard to make the gym few times a week and now my membership is up, I’d love to do one of your plans, which ebook/plan could I purchase to get weight loss results and get fit too.   7. Happy New Year Lucy, I have doing your workouts for ages, but I have to admit I took a break over the Christmas period. I am so sluggish these days and can't wait to start working out again. I find I sleep better and have so much more energy. I feel like a bit of a blob at the moment but I want to change it back to the way I felt before Christmas.   8. Is it possible to see results within 2-3 weeks? I love your workouts and just started. I am so glad I found your channel! I swear I have noticed some results already, but my friends say it is all in my mind,ha ha! I struggle with nutrition because I do not eat meat, but I also do not like tofu and a lot of the substitutes for protein, and have a mild nut allergy. Having time to prepare the food I need is a huge part of my struggle. I agree with others, the commentary during the video keeps me motivated, so much better than music. Do I need to repeat the video more than once every day?

  9. Can I ask a question about sports bras? I'm a DD and wondering how to choose the best sports bra? Do I need to buy a high impact one or would any bra do the job? Thanks!
