  1. You dont necessarily have to follow the "breakfast, lunch, & dinner" thing that public school taught us.. You can eat once per day if you like. Your body will adapt to it easily.

  2. woo hoo. well done. i did the same. the 1st year i was mainly vegan but would eat meat and dairy no and again if at friends houses or if i couldnt get anything on holiday. i have celiacs as well so GF is the main priority.
    I am now a 100% vegan after a year. so youll do it 🙂 x
