Breakfast Smoothie – 5 portions
Hamilton Seashore Solitary Provide Blender with Journey Lid:
Ziploc Baggage:
 1 handful spinach (about 1.5 cups) |
 1/three cup cucumber |

 5 boneless skinless rooster breasts | (it is obtainable in my neighborhood Walmart, but here is a further option on the net from the same Halal manufacturer)
 1/2 lemon (Zest & Juice) |
 1 tbsp Good Benefit Garlic Powder |
 1 tsp Good Benefit Dried Oregano |
 2-three Sweet potatoes |
 Pre-packaged broccoli |
 Sprinkle of Tajin (look at the international aisle with the Mexican food items!)
 Salt & pepper to style

Supper – 2 Portions, but can also be designed into four based on how a lot you want (Option 1)
Oven at 400F. Bake Salmon & Brussel sprouts for 25-thirty minutes.
Honey-glazed Salmon, brown rice & roasted brussel sprouts
Hamilton Seashore rice cook dinner:
 2 Salmon filets |

 Squeeze of Sriracha Sauce |
 Salt & pepper to style

Supper – three portions…mine designed about four although (Option 2)
Creamy Coconut & Pineapple Cashew Tofu more than brown rice with steamed veggies
 1 Additional-organization Tofu pack |
 1.5 cups Good Benefit Extended Grain Brown Rice |
 Patak’s Goan Pineapple Cooking Sauce |
 Sriracha sauce (optional) |
 Tajin | (uncover in the international aisle at Walmart)
 2.5 cups (or a lot more) Silk Unsweetened Primary Almond Milk |

I've made a promise to myself that this year I'm going to get back into shape and it all starts with what you put into your body. I'm so happy to be working with Walmart & Interac to bring you my first meal prep video (first of many). I'm thinking I want to make weekly or bi-monthly meal prep videos so we can all do this together, what do you think? Also, which recipe in this video was your fav and which one will you be trying out?!

  2. hey love, i just wanted to let you know that Parmesan is not halal 🙂 parmesan is made with rennet which is taken from the stomach of a cow (one that is probably not slaughtered to be halal). I just thought I'd tell you since you said you like to eat halal meat you may be interested to know this as well!

  3. Great vid sis but i have one q which may sound kinda dumb… Do you store the containers in the freezer? If so, do they retain their freshness and do you defreeze them by microwave? Is there an alternative as I dont use microwaves in my house.
