  2. there are many people still today that do not know that we have bacteria within our intestinal tract that maintain health … I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years and education continues to be needed in all aspects from children to adults. Many of the issues of improper diet are related to social media, media and peer influence. Thank you for sharing.

  3. I disagree with the food list you said that simulates healthy bacteria in the intestines. I think grain is a killer and should not be consumed by humans. Also garlic is actually very bad and hard to digest and smell people breath terrible. Apples, honey, and all fruits contains sugars and to be honest sugars is the number one killer ingredients out there. On
    a good note though green tea is antioxidant and anti fungus so prevent cancer. But must be consumed in very high dose though.

Wow…i discovered America…how crazy it is that we take antibiotics, eat a lot of junk, take pills and all we need to do is eat more food from the earth, not organic, but fresh food with it's good bacteria and fertile soil without spraying pesticides and vegetable pesticides…I'm going vegan sorry. Maybe a hamburger once in a while, but that's nothing a Kefir can fix!!
