What I Consume in a Week! Vegan, Effortless & Balanced Recipes

I have loads of new recipes for you fellas! 🙆 In this online video I am sharing what I consume in a week as a vegan- With tremendous uncomplicated and healthful recipes 😁 I hope you come across this concepts beneficial, both if you are starting on a more healthy life style or are just on the lookout for inspiration😉 What’s your favourite recipe from the online video fellas?

Ingredients:

MONDAY

Everyday when I wake up:
– 32 oz of h2o
– Juice of 1/2 lime
– Little piece of fruit or coconut h2o

Right after health and fitness center or workout:
Protein shake:
– 8 oz h2o
1 scoop of protein powder

Breakfast:

Green Smoothie
1 banana
2 cups frozen mango
1 cucumber
1/2 bunch of celery
1 bunch parsley
2 cups of h2o

Lunch:

Mex Quinoa Salad Cooked In 1 Pot
1 cup of Quinoa cooked or 1/2 cup uncooked
1 tomato chopped
1/2 cup yellow corn
Little bunch of cilantro
1/2 lime juice
1/2 avocado
Served with romaine leaves

Dinner:

Black Bean Soup
1 chopped tomato
1 cup of beans
Little bunch of chopped onion
1/2 avocado
A small bunch chopped cilantro
Lime juice

Dessert:

Tahini
2 tbs of tahini

TUESDAY

– 33 oz of h2o
– Juice of 1/2 lime
– Little piece of fruit or coconut h2o

Right after health and fitness center or workout:
Protein shake:
– 8 oz h2o
– 1 scoop of protein powder

Breakfast:

Watermelon
7 cups of watermelon chopped into squares

Lunch:

Chickpea Salad
1 cup sauté chickpeas with:
Garlic
Cayenne powder
Salt
Paprika
Lemon juice
Cumin powder
Dressing:
1 tbs tahini
1 lemon juice
Maple syrup
Garlic powder
Salt
Served around a mattress of greens.

Dinner:

Avocado Pesto Zucchini Noodles
three Zucchinis
Dressing:
1 avocado
1/2 zucchini
Fresh basil
1 clove of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
Cherry tomatoes on top

Dessert:

Little Apple with three dates
Cup of ginger tea

WEDNESDAY

Water with lime juice
Protein shake: h2o + protein powder

Breakfast:

Overnight Oats
1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
1 apple chopped
1 tbs chia seeds
Cinnamon powder

Lunch:

Tostadas with Mashed Beans
three/4 cup mashed beans
three tortillas (tostadas)
4 slices of avocado
1 grilled corn with paprika powder, chipotle powder and salt.
Facet greens salad with cherry tomatoes

Dinner:

Guacamole Loaded Potato
2 medium baked potato
Guacamole: 1/2 avocado, 1 chopped tomato, a minor bit of purple onion chopped, cilantro, 1 serrano pepper, salt and lime juice
Bitter product: 1/4 cup of pre soaked cashews, 1/4 cup of dietary yeast, 1 clove of garlic and h2o.

Dessert:
Darkish chocolate cacao

THURSDAY

Water with lime juice

Protein shake: h2o + protein powder

Breakfast:
– Coconut h2o
– Grapefruit and oranges chopped

Lunch:

Asian Type Salad With Grilled Tofu
– Grilled organic tofu with tamari and lemon juice
Bed of spinach
2 carrots into noodles
1 peeled cucumber noodles
1/2 bell peppers minimize into strips
1 cup broccoli
Leading with cilantro and 1 chopped eco-friendly onion
Avocado dressed with 1/2 lemon, 1 tbs tahini, salt and1 teaspoon curry dressing.

Dinner:

Creamy Chipotle Zucchini Pasta with Broccoli
1 cup Broccoli
2 Zucchinis into noodles
Lemon juice
Garlic
Spinach
Crimson crushed pepper
Salt
Pepper
Dressing:
three/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup dietary yeast
Lemon juice
Handful of cashews
1/2 purple bell pepper
1 garlic clove
Salt
Pepper
Chipotle powder

Dessert:

Apple with almond butter

FRIDAY

Breakfast:

Smoothie Bowl
2 frozen bananas
1 cups frozen strawberries
Almond milk
Leading with coconut, chia seeds, granola, strawberries minimize up

Lunch:

Portobello fajitas
2 Portobello mushrooms minimize into strips
Bell peppers (1/2 purple, 1/2 eco-friendly, 1/2 orange)
Chopped onion into slender strips
Period with tamari and lemon juice
Served with corn tortillas, guacamole and a aspect of greens

Dinner:

Carrot soup
Baked on potato fries on the aspect
