Moisturisers are the basis of great skin care. My personalized favourite moisturizer is LRP or La Roche Posay typically with a SPF fifteen+. I only will need an SPF fifteen due to my skin kind. For kind a person and two skin, I recommend a each day moisturiser with a SPF 30.

Moisturisers safeguard the skin and can aid in the shipping of anti-oxidants, Vitamin A, B, C and other active substances. Occlusive moisturisers are important for therapeutic immediately after lots of of my strategies together with laser resurfacing, Fraxel, skin needling, microneedling RF, Infini, as well as chemical peels.

Don’t forget, skin is as specific as you are. For far more aid on locating the appropriate moisturiser, talk to the group at The Fiori Institute, or My Pores and skin Pharmacy. 1. I usually buy my moisturizers by reading the first few ingredients, with the first being water and I like lactic acid being in the first 7 ingredients. I love your videos and would like to hear your take on non- surgical nose jobs, specifically on asians/black nose. Thank you! Oh and please come to New York!!

  2. I don't have problems with dry skin, only sometimes and then I use after sunburn panthenol gel overnight. B5 has healing and moisturizing properties. (and I think I mentioned before it helps acne taken orally but I don't eat the gel 🙂 )

  3. Hi Doc,
Thank you so much for this info.  There are so many products out there, and getting the best product for the money is important to me.  I'm not made of money so I try to follow your advice. Yes no one product fits all.
But I enjoy learning from a professional who is honest enough to tell the truth.
    It's an admirerable quality!!!!

I have encountered DR who will try to sell me 200$ kits, and I always say …. Let me goggle what this product can do for me..

    Once again THANK YOU.

  4. So $80 for the high end one… or you can buy cetaphil / cerave for $10 and add in a couple of drops of The Ordinary Resveratrol and Ferulic Acid serum, which in the UK costs about £5. Total spend £15, job done. Am i wrong?!

  5. Hello Dr. Lim, thank you so much for this video. Could you please suggest what is the safe skin care moisturizer for pregnant women above 40. I am now expecting and my skin is very dry. Thank you so much . Love all your videos and very informative.

  6. I’ve been getting mild dermatitis after each of my infini treatments. It irritates when I moisturize. But it’s really dry and irritated when I don’t. What should I do next time I get it after my infini treatments?

  7. Dr. Lim, thanks for the great videos again. Can you make a video on your approach to "preventative" tx? As in when one first starts noticing fine lines, nasolabial folds etc when to start laser rejuvenation, Botox etc if there's any annual/lifetime maximum to these modalities. Thanks!!

  8. Thank you. Helpful but also makes me question so many of my choices…aghh!
In my late 30’s and into my 40’s I was using physiodermie….I thought it was great and now I’m 50 and wondering if I should go back….I’m combo oily and I just can’t find anything that is hydrating enough without making me yucky oily…
Do you think that something like what you use with the addition of an oil underneath is worth a try?
