  2. I am on day five of vegan eating. I can't believe HOW MUCH you are able to eat in a day and stay thin. Even as a new vegan I eat about 1/5 of what you eat in a day. I do a 2 mile jog before work every morning as well. I've noticed that a lot of female vegans that show their daily diet on youtube eat far more than I do. Am I not supposed to count calories on a vegan diet?? I am loving eating vegan though! Definitely gonna stick with it. 🙂
