  2. I would recommend ground flaxseed over whole flaxseed because the ground form is easier to digest. Whole flaxseed may pass through your intestine undigested, which means you won't get all the benefits.

  3. Please do not eat Farmed salmon!!!!!! Buy wild instead. Also if I highly recommend trying an immersion cooker (sous vide) when cooking sea food. It not only cooks the fish better it also is more convenient.

  5. Do you snack? A video of healthy snacks would be helpful for me and I'm sure others. My diet is pretty similar to yours but I sometimes feel like I lose myself when I snack. I try to use almonds and air popped popcorn as a snack. What do you think?
