Let's say we do discover one day that eating animal products could make you healthier and let's say add 10 years to your life, it's still not a justification to torture and kill innocent animals. Again, it's not about how strong or healthy it can make you, but about not supporting that industry, not supporting the torture and killing of others (could be humans too), just to save our own skin. It affects everything else in our lives, the way we think, the way we treat each other, all far beyond living longer or being healthy. We can find ways to adjust to plant-based living and focus on solving related problems.

  2. lemon is not make water alkaline….I know many health practitioners advocate having lemon water upon waking…….but this is good but not due to turning acidic tap water into nice fresh alkaline water it just doesn't work. If you doubt then try this easy test. Buy ph test drops and use these to determine the alkalinity of your liquids….also just being alkaline isn't what it is all about, it is about how stable the water or? drink your consuming, not the ph..the ph is only a small part of a bigger picture of balancing and stabilizing your water. ciao
