  1. I don't understand when to eat. Like are these meals made to only supply us with dinner? or are these the 6 small meals a day that we are suppose to eat? if not then what do I eat when I'm not eating those preped dinners. Kind of lost. . I'm trying to find myself lol.

  2. I discovered this paleo plan “loso shocking plan” on Google, and I wished to try it so bad. I was so thrilled. My friend drop Fourteen lbs with this plan, and I highly recommend which you try it! The plan is full of good recipes which help you sustain an active and healthy lifestyle.

  4. I'm re to this so are these meals eaten once a day or is it for 2 meals a day? Or 3 meals a day? There are some for 1 a day for seven days but then what's for breakfast? Lunch? Or Dinner?
